Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- 4 egg(s)
- 200 g almonds, ground
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- Fat for the pan
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients for the batter. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. Bake the cake at 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 40 minutes.
- 2. After cooling, dust the cake with powdered sugar to your liking.
