Ingredients
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 60 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste basil
- to taste spring onions
- salt and pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Take the cream cheese package out of the fridge.
- 2. Let the cream cheese package soften at room temperature.
- 3. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- 5. Finely chop the fresh basil leaves.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into small rings.
- 7. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, and basil to a large bowl.
- 8. Add the sliced spring onions to the bowl.
- 9. Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl.
- 10. Mix all ingredients in the bowl with your hands.
- 11. Season the spread with freshly ground pepper.
- 12. Season the spread with a pinch of salt.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for two hours.
