🍽️ Honey-Mustard Shrimp BBQ Style

Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp
- 4 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium-hot
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp, level chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp, level paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tsp, level garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (or balsamic)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
- 2. Whisk all remaining ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Place the raw shrimp in the marinade and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Add the shrimp along with the marinade to a preheated pan and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can grill them on skewers, turning them on both sides.
- 4. Serve the finished shrimp with rice, baguette, pasta, or as a side dish to a fresh salad.
