🍽️ Homemade Wheat Tortillas

Ingredients
- 250 g flour (Type 405)
- 250 ml water (boiling!)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g flour (for rolling out)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and salt into a bowl and make a small well in the center. Pour the boiling water into the well and stir it into the flour with a cooking spoon first. Once the dough has cooled down enough to handle, knead it into a smooth dough using your hands.
- 2. Divide the dough immediately into six equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin flatbread. Cook the tortillas in a non-stick pan without adding extra fat. Cook each side for about one minute until they are lightly browned.
- 3. These six tortillas are enough for about two people.
- 4. They taste great served with bean paste and cheese.
