Ingredients
- 1 jar celery (thin strips)
- 3 apples
- 300 g boiled ham
- 2 leek stalk(s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can pineapple
- 6 egg(s)
- 0.5 jar salad cream (Miracle Whip)
- 0.5 bag cheese, grated
Instructions
- 1. Core the apples and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Cut the ham into thin strips.
- 3. Clean the leek and slice it into rings.
- 4. Drain the pineapple from the can and cut it into cubes.
- 5. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into cubes.
- 6. Place the celery in a large bowl.
- 7. Spread the apple cubes over the celery.
- 8. Place the ham strips on top.
- 9. Add the leek rings.
- 10. Spread the corn.
- 11. Place the pineapple cubes on top.
- 12. Add the egg cubes as the second-to-last layer.
- 13. Mix the salad cream or stir mayonnaise with a cup of whipping cream.
- 14. Spread the cream mixture over all layers.
- 15. Sprinkle the cheese as the final layer on top.
- 16. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley.
- 17. Toss the salad well just before serving to mix all the layers together.
