  1. 1. Core the apples and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  3. 3. Clean the leek and slice it into rings.
  4. 4. Drain the pineapple from the can and cut it into cubes.
  5. 5. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into cubes.
  6. 6. Place the celery in a large bowl.
  7. 7. Spread the apple cubes over the celery.
  8. 8. Place the ham strips on top.
  9. 9. Add the leek rings.
  10. 10. Spread the corn.
  11. 11. Place the pineapple cubes on top.
  12. 12. Add the egg cubes as the second-to-last layer.
  13. 13. Mix the salad cream or stir mayonnaise with a cup of whipping cream.
  14. 14. Spread the cream mixture over all layers.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cheese as the final layer on top.
  16. 16. Garnish the salad with fresh parsley.
  17. 17. Toss the salad well just before serving to mix all the layers together.
