🍰 Christmas Tiramisu with Berries

Ingredients
- 200 g cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark (skimmed milk quark)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g speculoos cookies
- 400 g berries (mixed, frozen)
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- 2. Mix Mascarpone, quark (a fresh cheese similar to cream cheese), sugar, and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
- 4. Place about three tablespoons of the cream onto the bottom of a square baking dish.
- 5. Place a layer of Speculatius (spiced shortcrust cookies) on top.
- 6. Distribute the berries evenly over the cookies.
- 7. Spread the remaining cream evenly over the berries.
- 8. Cover the cream with the rest of the cookies.
- 9. Place the dish in the refrigerator for four to five hours or overnight.
- 10. Dust the finished dessert with powdered sugar just before serving.
- 11. Optionally, dust cocoa powder through a star stencil for a special look.
