🍽️ Vegetable Minced Meat Casserole with Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Fine Dimples (500 g)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 stalk/s Leek (Leek)
- 1 zucchini
- 250 g Cherry Tomato(es)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 400 g Minced Meat
- 1 packet Tomatoes, pureed (equals 500 g)
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
- 150 g Cheese, grated (e.g. Emmentaler)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Clean the leek, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into half rings. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes, halve them, and additionally slice the zucchini into rounds.
- 2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes in it. Add the minced meat and fry it well. Add the leek and zucchini and let them simmer briefly. Pour in the tomato puree, fold in the cherry tomatoes, and season everything with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Place the potato dumplings into the baking dishes and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle the casseroles with cheese and bake them in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes (at gas mark 3 or convection heat at 160 degrees Celsius).
