  3. 3. Add the onion cubes and the bacon to the pot and fry them.
  4. 4. Add the minced meat and fry it until it changes color.
  5. 5. Stir the meat occasionally so that it cooks evenly.
  6. 6. Clean the leek and wash it thoroughly.
  7. 7. Halve the leek and cut it into thin strips.
  8. 8. Wash the leek strips again if there is any sand.
  9. 9. Add the leek to the fried minced meat and fry it briefly.
  10. 10. Deglaze everything with vegetable broth.
  11. 11. Wash the potatoes and peel them.
  12. 12. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  13. 13. Add the potato cubes to the soup.
  14. 14. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir in the processed cheese (or cream) and the sour cream.
  16. 16. Let the soup boil briefly.
  17. 17. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
