  2. 2. Mix 200 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add the margarine cubes, 60 milliliters of water, and the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  6. 6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Mix 150 grams of flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and 80 grams of margarine.
  8. 8. Work the mixture until small crumbs (crumble) form.
  9. 9. Also chill the crumbs for a while.
  10. 10. Quarter the apples.
  11. 11. Remove the core.
  12. 12. Peel the apples.
  13. 13. Slice the apples into thin pieces.
