🍽️ Joghurt Bomb

Ingredients
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 containers whipping cream
- 1 dash lemon juice (or some grated lemon zest)
- 500 g berries (frozen or fresh (e.g. berry mix, raspberries, strawberries))
- to taste sugar
Instructions
- 1. The day before, mix the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 4. Line a sieve with a clean kitchen towel.
- 5. Place the sieve in a large bowl.
- 6. Pour the yogurt-cream mixture into the sieve.
- 7. Let the sieve drain in a cool place overnight.
- 8. The next day, turn the yogurt mixture out of the sieve onto a plate.
- 9. Thaw the frozen fruit.
- 10. Set aside some fruit pieces for decoration.
- 11. Puree half of the remaining fruit.
- 12. Add the pureed fruit and the rest of the whole fruit to the yogurt mixture.
- 13. Sweeten the mixture to taste with sugar.
- 14. Cover the yogurt bomb with the fruit.
- 15. Decorate the dessert with the reserved fruit pieces.
