🍽️ Creamy Quark Semolina Pie with Peaches

Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 4 Egg(s) (separated)
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 500 g Low-fat Quark
- 80 g Fine Wheat Semolina
- 1 large can Peach(es)
- Butter for the dish
Instructions
- 1. Prepare a baking dish with dimensions of approximately 28 x 18 cm.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with top and bottom heat.
- 3. Drain the peaches well and cut them into wedges. Beat the egg whites stiffly using the whisk attachment of the mixer and set aside.
- 4. Beat the soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually mix in the egg yolks. Then stir in the quark and semolina. Gently fold in the egg whites by hand. Mix in the peaches, fill the buttered dish, and smooth the mixture.
- 5. Bake the pie on the middle rack for about 50 minutes. Cover it with parchment paper after 30 minutes to prevent it from browning too much.
- 6. Enjoy the pie warm or cold.
