Ingredients
- 1 kg quark (20% fat content)
- 6 egg(s)
- 100 g flour
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 2 packet vanilla sugar
- a little lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour the batter into a well-greased 26-centimeter springform pan. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
- 2. Let the cake cool down inside the turned-off oven after baking to prevent it from sinking in the middle.
- 3. If you want to enjoy the cake with fruit, you can stir mandarin segments or cherries directly into the batter.
- 4. It tastes fantastic and is prepared in a flash.
