  2. 2. Stir in the mascarpone, the quark (fresh cheese), the sugar, and the vanilla sugar into the cream.
  3. 3. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. 4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture onto the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  5. 5. Place a layer of speculoos cookies on top.
  6. 6. Press the cookies slightly into the cream.
  7. 7. Distribute a layer of raspberries over the cookies.
  8. 8. Repeat the layers with cream and cookies.
  9. 9. Press the cookies in slightly with each layer.
  10. 10. Use up all the ingredients.
  11. 11. Make sure the top layer is the cream.
  12. 12. Finally, dust the top layer with cocoa powder.
  13. 13. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  14. 14. Allow the cookies to become soft and moist.
