🍰 Tiramisu with Speculoos and Raspberries

Ingredients
- 330 ml heavy cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 90 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g spekulatius cookies
- 500 g raspberries (frozen, thawed and drained)
- cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 2. Stir in the mascarpone, the quark (fresh cheese), the sugar, and the vanilla sugar into the cream.
- 3. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
- 4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture onto the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- 5. Place a layer of speculoos cookies on top.
- 6. Press the cookies slightly into the cream.
- 7. Distribute a layer of raspberries over the cookies.
- 8. Repeat the layers with cream and cookies.
- 9. Press the cookies in slightly with each layer.
- 10. Use up all the ingredients.
- 11. Make sure the top layer is the cream.
- 12. Finally, dust the top layer with cocoa powder.
- 13. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- 14. Allow the cookies to become soft and moist.
