Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Flour
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tsp, level Baking Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and stir in the oil. Finally, mix the flour with the baking powder into the batter.
- 3. Pour the batter into a fruit tart pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool in the pan, then turn it out onto a cake plate. Top with fruit and spread with glaze.
