Ingredients
- 300 g meat sausage
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 100 g pickles
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp brandy vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- 1. First slice the meat sausage and then cut it into thin strips. Also cut the cheese and cucumbers into strips and the onions into thin rings.
- 2. Put everything in the marinade made of vinegar, water, oil, salt and pepper and let it marinate for one hour.
