🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings in Miss-Erdbeer Style

Ingredients
- 1500 g chicken wings (fresh)
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 8 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Tabasco
- 4 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (rose spicy)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings under running water.
- 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Set the dry wings aside for now.
- 4. Take a separate bowl for the marinade.
- 5. Add the oil, mustard, soy sauce, honey, and Tabasco to the bowl.
- 6. Whisk these ingredients well until they are mixed.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Press the garlic directly into the marinade using a garlic press.
- 9. Add the spices to the marinade.
- 10. Mix the marinade well with all ingredients.
- 11. Pour the finished marinade over the chicken wings.
- 12. Place the wings in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 12 hours.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Bake the wings for 50 minutes in the oven.
- 15. Alternatively, you can grill the wings until crispy.
