Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 175 g Sugar
- 2 Egg(s)
- 300 g Flour
- 2 bar Chocolate (Kinder chocolate)
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp, level Baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Grease your muffin cups or line them with baking paper.
- 3. Beat the butter, sugar, and eggs with a mixer or whisk until the mixture is fluffy and airy.
- 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 5. Sift the flour mixture into a separate bowl.
- 6. Add the flour mixture and the milk to the butter-sugar mixture alternately.
- 7. Chop one bar of milk chocolate into small pieces.
- 8. Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the batter.
- 9. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
- 10. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- 11. Let the muffins cool down completely.
- 12. Melt the second bar of milk chocolate in a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave.
- 13. Spread the liquid chocolate as a glaze over the cooled muffins.
