  2. 2. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and the seeds from one vanilla pod using a mixer until the mixture is fluffy and airy.
  3. 3. Stir in the cream cheese.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.
  5. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture briefly until they are just moist enough that no dry lumps remain.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the melted butter and the raspberries.
  7. 7. Fill the batter into the muffin cups.
  8. 8. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  9. 9. If you use frozen raspberries, you can simply add them to the batter while still frozen.
  10. 10. The baking time remains the same.
