🍝 Creamy Salmon Pasta with Herbs

Ingredients
- 200 g salmon
- 1 container cream (approx. 200 g)
- 1 container herb cream cheese (approx. 200 - 250 g)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp, heaping seasoning blend (granular (e.g. Frugola))
- 1 onion(s)
- 10 g butter
- 250 g pasta
- 1 pinch(es) herb mix (garden herbs)
Instructions
- 1. Dice the onion into fine cubes.
- 2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the onion cubes to the pan and sauté them until translucent.
- 5. Add the salmon and fry it briefly.
- 6. Deglaze the mixture with the cream.
- 7. Pour in the vegetable broth.
- 8. Stir in the herb cream cheese until it has completely dissolved.
- 9. Add the frugola (small, round pasta) and the fresh garden herbs to the pan.
- 10. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 11. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer briefly.
- 12. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente (firm to the bite).
- 13. Drain the pasta.
- 14. Mix the drained pasta immediately with the salmon sauce.
