- 2 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 bell pepper(s), green
- 3 medium-sized onion(s)
- 2 chili pepper(s)
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- 1 tbsp, level salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Place the washed, peeled, and diced ingredients in a pot without a lid. Cook the mixture over medium heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours, until it becomes thick and creamy. Stir regularly during this time.
- 2. You can adjust the amount of sugar, salt, and chili to your liking.
