  5. 5. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  7. 7. Place the dough in the fridge for about one hour.
  8. 8. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
  9. 9. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  10. 10. Fry the bacon and onions in a pan with the butter.
  11. 11. Add the garlic to the pan.
  12. 12. Add the spinach to the pan.
  13. 13. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
  14. 14. Add the tomato strips to the pan.
  15. 15. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
  16. 16. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  17. 17. Add the sour cream to the egg mixture.
  18. 18. Add the goat cheese curd to the egg mixture.
