🍽️ Tuscan Chicken Rolls Stuffed with Pesto, Feta, and Ham

Ingredients
- 800 g minute cutlets (from chicken)
- 100 g raw ham
- 125 g feta cheese
- 1 can tomatoes, chunky
- 1 container cream (approx. 200 g)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (with chili and pepper)
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- 1 jar pesto (green)
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 100 g mozzarella (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken cutlets under running water.
- 2. Pat the cutlets dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Spread one tablespoon of pesto onto one side of each cutlet.
- 4. Place a slice of ham on the pesto.
- 5. Place a piece of feta cheese on the ham.
- 6. Roll the chicken meat tightly.
- 7. Place the rolls snugly next to each other in a baking dish.
- 8. Mix the tomato pieces, cream, ajvar, cream cheese, and the remaining pesto in a bowl.
- 9. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 10. Pour the sauce over the chicken rolls.
- 11. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 13. Bake the dish for about 40 minutes.
- 14. Serve the rolls with crispy potato wedges.
- 15. Add a fresh mixed salad.
- 16. Serve with fresh baguette.
