🍲 Cozy Farmer's Stew with Minced Meat and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g potato(es)
- 250 g bell pepper(s), colorful
- 2 carrot(s)
- 400 g tomatoes, chunky (from the can)
- 300 ml vegetable broth (strong)
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- sugar
- salt
- paprika powder, rose sharp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and the carrots.
- 2. Cut the potatoes and the carrots into small cubes.
- 3. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
- 4. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 5. Fry the minced meat until crumbly.
- 6. Deglaze the meat with the canned tomatoes.
- 7. Stir in the tomato paste.
- 8. Pour in the broth.
- 9. Add the prepared potatoes to the pan.
- 10. Add the prepared carrots to the pan.
- 11. Add the prepared pepper pieces to the pan.
- 12. Place the lid on the pan.
- 13. Simmer the pot over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
- 14. Remove the lid if you want a thicker consistency.
- 15. Continue cooking the dish for another 10 minutes without the lid.
- 16. Season the dish to your taste.
- 17. Stir in the sour cream.
