Ingredients
- 3 ripe banana(s)
- 300 g flour (all-purpose)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 pkt. baking powder
- 1 pkt. vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp raisins
Instructions
- 1. Mash the ripe bananas into a smooth puree using a fork.
- 2. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, the oil, and the egg to the banana mixture.
- 3. Stir the ingredients well until they are combined.
- 4. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 5. Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet batter.
- 6. Stir the raisins into the batter.
- 7. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 9. Bake the bread in the oven for 45 minutes.
