  5. 5. Now stir the remaining flour into the butter-sugar mixture spoonful by spoonful.
  6. 6. Finally, gently fold in the flour-baking soda mixture.
  7. 7. The dough will be quite firm and chewy.
  8. 8. Now mix in your desired ingredients like chocolate or nuts.
  9. 9. Spoon the dough in tablespoon sizes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Leave plenty of space between the portions because the cookies spread out a lot while baking.
  11. 11. Put a maximum of 8 cookies on one tray.
  12. 12. Bake the cookies with convection (fan) at 190 degrees Celsius for about 8 to 9 minutes.
