  3. 3. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm milk.
  4. 4. Add the oil, egg white, sugar, and salt to the milk-yeast mixture.
  5. 5. Gradually add the flour.
  6. 6. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Ensure the dough does not become too firm or dry.
  8. 8. Lightly dust the dough with flour.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into small portions.
  11. 11. Shape the portions into small balls, about the size of a mandarin orange.
  12. 12. Place the dough balls on a surface lightly dusted with flour.
  13. 13. Cover the dough pieces.
  14. 14. Let the dough pieces rise for another 1 hour.
