🍽️ Grilled Meatballs Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed (or just beef)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g cheese, grated (or finely chopped feta)
- 50 ml cream
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 1 tbsp pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 8 slice(s) bacon (or breakfast bacon)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Mix all ingredients except the bacon well together.
- 3. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small sausages about four centimeters in diameter.
- 5. Aim for a length of eight to ten centimeters.
- 6. Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon.
- 7. Let the bacon stick on its own, you do not need to tie it.
- 8. Place the sausages on the grill for about ten to fifteen minutes.
- 9. Turn the sausages several times.
- 10. Heads up: These sausages are not particularly low in calories.
