  1. 1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
  2. 2. Whisk the wet ingredients well in a second bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Stir the batter briefly until it is just smooth and no large lumps are visible.
  5. 5. Heat some oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Add two tablespoons of batter to the hot pan to form one pancake.
  7. 7. Fry the pancakes on setting 2 of the electric oven.
  8. 8. Wait until bubbles form and pop on the surface.
  9. 9. Check underneath to see if the pancake is golden brown.
  10. 10. Flip the pancake to cook the other side.
  11. 11. Stack the finished pancakes into a tower of three to four pancakes.
  12. 12. Add syrup or your favorite toppings on top.
