🥤 Moist Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients
- 500 g spelt whole wheat flour
- 150 g seeds (mixed as you like (e. g. pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds etc.))
- 0.5 Liter water
- 1 cube yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar (e. g. apple cider vinegar)
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients in the listed order to a food processor or hand mixer with dough hooks.
- 2. Stir the dough until it is fully combined.
- 3. Ensure the batter remains very liquid.
- 4. Line a loaf pan (approx. 30 cm long and 15 cm wide) with parchment paper.
- 5. Pour the liquid batter into the prepared pan.
- 6. Ignore crumpled parchment paper at the edges, as it does not interfere with baking.
- 7. Place the pan in a cold oven on the middle rack.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 9. Bake the bread for one hour.
