Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 5 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- salt
- 25 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Stir in the milk until the batter is completely smooth. Beat the eggs, whisk them, and add them to the batter along with salt and sugar. Mix everything well.
- 2. Melt a little butter in a frying pan. Fry thin pancakes from the batter.
