Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tsp, level baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 150 g chocolate chips
- 75 g chocolate chips
- 250 ml milk
- 90 ml oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the batter for twelve muffins.
- 2. Set aside about half of the small chocolate chips. You will add these later to the raw muffins.
- 3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add milk, oil, and an egg, stirring everything well. Fill the batter into twelve muffin tins and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- 4. Bake the muffins at 150 degrees Celsius with fan for 20 minutes.
- 5. They taste best when they are still warm.
