  2. 2. Set aside about half of the small chocolate chips. You will add these later to the raw muffins.
  3. 3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add milk, oil, and an egg, stirring everything well. Fill the batter into twelve muffin tins and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  4. 4. Bake the muffins at 150 degrees Celsius with fan for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. They taste best when they are still warm.
