  1. 1. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, nuts, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
  2. 2. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius with fan for about 30 minutes. You can also bake the cake the day before.
  3. 3. Bring the grated apples, half a cup of sugar, the two eggs, lemon juice, and pudding powder to a boil while stirring constantly. Let the mixture cool down slightly, then spread it over the cooled cake base in the springform pan and refrigerate.
  4. 4. Whip the cream until stiff, spread it evenly over the cake, and smooth it out. Finally, dust the cake with a little cocoa powder.
