Ingredients
- 500 g quark (curd cheese)
- 200 g cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 400 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 packet confectionery (Raffaello)
Instructions
- 1. Take the Raffaello cookies out of the package and crumble them finely (best done with a potato masher). Add the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the quark mixture.
- 2. Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl and cover them with the Raffaello cream. Let the dessert sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours until it is ready to serve. During this time, the raspberries will thaw slowly.
