  1. 1. Take the Raffaello cookies out of the package and crumble them finely (best done with a potato masher). Add the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix everything well. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the quark mixture.
  2. 2. Place the frozen raspberries in a bowl and cover them with the Raffaello cream. Let the dessert sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours until it is ready to serve. During this time, the raspberries will thaw slowly.
