Ingredients
- 330 g flour
- 130 g sugar
- 130 g butter (or margarine)
- 2 m.-large egg(s)
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 300 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla pudding powder (for cooking)
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 600 ml milk
- 4 egg(s)
- optional lemon zest (grated, or rum flavor (for quark mixture))
Instructions
- 1. Grease a 28-centimeter springform pan.
- 2. Knead the dough ingredients into a pliable dough.
- 3. Press the dough flat into the bottom of the pan.
- 4. Pull the dough up along the sides.
- 5. Whisk all filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- 6. Pour the liquid quark mixture into the prepared pan.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees conventional heat.
- 8. Bake the cake for about one hour.
- 9. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- 10. Carefully release the cake from the pan.
- 11. Slice the cake and enjoy it.
