  4. 4. Sprinkle the chopped garlic over the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. 6. Place the bowl in the microwave for four minutes (setting 750 Watts).
  7. 7. Take it out and pour the contents into a blender.
  8. 8. Finely chop the onion.
  9. 9. Fry it in a small pan with one tablespoon of olive oil over high heat until it turns slightly brown.
  10. 10. Add the onions, basil leaves, sugar, tomato paste, and cream to the blender as well.
  11. 11. Blend everything until smooth.
  12. 12. Finally, season the sauce with salt.
