🍰 Extra Creamy Muffins with White Chocolate

Ingredients
- 250 g chocolate (white)
- 260 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 100 g butter
- 1 pkt. vanilla pudding powder
- 2 m.-large egg(s)
- 200 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the pan for 12 muffins.
- 2. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
- 3. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla pudding powder in a bowl.
- 4. Melt the butter in a water bath. Then stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and eggs one after the other and beat everything well with a whisk.
- 5. Add the butter mixture and the chopped chocolate to the flour and mix everything into a smooth dough.
- 6. Fill the dough into the molds. Bake the muffins at 190 °C fan-forced for about 20 minutes.
