  2. 2. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
  3. 3. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla pudding powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a water bath. Then stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and eggs one after the other and beat everything well with a whisk.
  5. 5. Add the butter mixture and the chopped chocolate to the flour and mix everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Fill the dough into the molds. Bake the muffins at 190 °C fan-forced for about 20 minutes.
