Ingredients
- 1 roll(s) puff pastry (refrigerated section)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- some dill
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Lay the puff pastry flat on the work surface.
- 3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire pastry.
- 4. Place the smoked salmon flat on the cream cheese layer.
- 5. Sprinkle some dill over the salmon.
- 6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- 7. Cut the log into pieces about one centimeter thick using a sharp knife.
- 8. Place the pastry pieces side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Brush the pastry pieces with the beaten egg.
- 10. Bake the rolls on the middle rack for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 11. Let the rolls cool down slightly before serving.
