Ingredients
- 350 g butter or margarine
- 350 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 6 egg(s)
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet lemon peel flavor
- Baking paper (for the baking sheet)
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- 300 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 140 to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Mix all ingredients well and spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure to do a toothpick test, as baking time may vary depending on the oven and tray position.
- 3. Mix the lemon juice well with the powdered sugar for the glaze and spread it over the still warm cake.
