🥤 Juicy Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 350 g butter or margarine
• 350 g sugar
• 350 g flour
• 6 egg(s)
• 1 lemon(s), juice from it
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 packet lemon peel flavor
• Baking paper (for the baking sheet)
• 1 lemon(s), juice from it
• 300 g powdered sugar

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 140 to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
2. 2. Mix all ingredients well and spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure to do a toothpick test, as baking time may vary depending on the oven and tray position.
3. 3. Mix the lemon juice well with the powdered sugar for the glaze and spread it over the still warm cake.
