  1. 1. Dice the pumpkin flesh. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes as well. Wash the leek and slice it into thin strips. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the prepared vegetables in it for a short time.
  2. 2. Pour in one liter of water and season the soup with the bouillon cube, salt, and pepper. Simmer the mixture on medium heat for about 30 minutes until soft. Puree everything finely at the end of the cooking time. Garnish the finished soup with fresh herbs.
