  1. 1. This dough amount is enough for three or four small round pizzas or one large pizza on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the mixture vigorously for at least five minutes.
  4. 4. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about thirty minutes to rise.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into three to four equal portions.
  6. 6. Shape each portion into a smooth ball.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough and top it as you like.
  8. 8. Bake the pizza in a regular oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Alternatively, bake it on a preheated pizza stone at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. 10. You can also prepare the pizza in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  11. 11. Cook the first side of the pizza for three minutes.
  12. 12. Flip the pizza and add the toppings.
  13. 13. Cook the other side for another three minutes.
  14. 14. Serve the pizza immediately.
  15. 15. Use exactly four grams of fresh yeast, as recommended by the Italian friend.
