🍕 Versatile Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 4 g fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 10 g salt
Instructions
- 1. This dough amount is enough for three or four small round pizzas or one large pizza on a baking sheet.
- 2. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 3. Knead the mixture vigorously for at least five minutes.
- 4. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about thirty minutes to rise.
- 5. Divide the dough into three to four equal portions.
- 6. Shape each portion into a smooth ball.
- 7. Roll out the dough and top it as you like.
- 8. Bake the pizza in a regular oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 9. Alternatively, bake it on a preheated pizza stone at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 10. You can also prepare the pizza in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- 11. Cook the first side of the pizza for three minutes.
- 12. Flip the pizza and add the toppings.
- 13. Cook the other side for another three minutes.
- 14. Serve the pizza immediately.
- 15. Use exactly four grams of fresh yeast, as recommended by the Italian friend.
