Ingredients
- 6 apples
- lemon juice
- cinnamon powder
- 100 g raisins (or rum raisins, to taste)
- 110 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning, and mix in cinnamon and raisins to taste. Place the apple mixture into a shallow baking dish.
- 3. Mix flour, sugar, butter, almonds, and cinnamon to form a crumbly dough. Spread these crumbs evenly over the apples until everything is covered.
- 4. Bake the dessert for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven. Let it cool down briefly before serving with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Vanilla sauce also pairs excellently with it.
