  1. 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized pieces as well.
  3. 3. Set the prepared vegetables and meat aside for now.
  4. 4. Cook the rice in salted water, but only for about 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain the rice so that it does not become fully cooked.
  6. 6. Heat some oil in a large skillet.
  7. 7. Fry the turkey meat in the hot oil.
  8. 8. Season the meat with curry powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Continue to fry the meat for 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the diced onions and carrots.
  11. 11. Add a little more oil to the pan if necessary.
  12. 12. Fry the vegetables along with the meat for another 5 to 8 minutes.
  13. 13. Stir the remaining prepared vegetables into the mixture.
  14. 14. Add more oil again if needed.
  15. 15. Fry everything for another 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Fold the drained rice into the skillet mixture.
  17. 17. Stir everything well so that it all combines.
  18. 18. Season the dish with paprika powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  19. 19. Add Ketjap Manis (sweet soy sauce) and regular soy sauce.
  20. 20. Pour about one cup of broth into the skillet.
  21. 21. Let the dish simmer for about 5 minutes.
  22. 22. Serve the rice skillet hot.
