🥗 Yum-Yum Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large Napa cabbage
- 2 packs noodles (instant (Yum Yum) with chicken flavour)
- 6 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 100 g almond slivers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar (7-herb vinegar)
- 80 ml oil (e.g. walnut oil)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and salt with the seasoning packet from the noodle package until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2. Finely chop the Napa cabbage. Crumble the noodles into small pieces and add them to the salad. Lightly toast the almonds and sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and add them to the salad as well.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the salad only 15 minutes before serving. Mix everything well and your Yum-Yum Salad is ready.
