  1. 1. Whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar, pepper, and salt with the seasoning packet from the noodle package until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. 2. Finely chop the Napa cabbage. Crumble the noodles into small pieces and add them to the salad. Lightly toast the almonds and sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and add them to the salad as well.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad only 15 minutes before serving. Mix everything well and your Yum-Yum Salad is ready.
