🍽️ Fluffy Sweet Pancakes with Apple

Ingredients

- 400 g flour
- 100 ml mineral water with carbonation
- 400 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Carefully lift the egg whites away from the egg yolks.
- 2. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff and foamy.
- 3. Place the egg yolks in a large bowl.
- 4. Add all remaining ingredients except the apple to the bowl.
- 5. Mix the batter with the mixer until smooth.
- 6. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the egg yolk mixture with a spoon.
- 7. Make sure the air bubbles in the batter remain intact.
- 8. Peel the apple.
- 9. Cut the apple into small cubes or thin slices.
- 10. Mix the apple pieces into the pancake batter.
- 11. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
- 12. Place one portion of batter into the hot pan.
- 13. Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
- 14. Remove the pancake from the pan when it is fully cooked.
- 15. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 16. Leave out the apple if you do not want pieces in the batter.
