  2. 2. Mix the milk with the plain yogurt. Use about 200 ml of yogurt and top up the rest with milk. You can adjust these amounts based on what you have on hand. This combination ensures the pancakes turn out particularly thick and juicy.
  3. 3. Add flour, baking powder, the milk-yogurt mixture, salt, and sugar to the eggs gradually, stirring everything well. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk. However, the batter should remain thick overall.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add about one teaspoon of oil each time and cook the batter in portions to make pancakes. Make sure to use very little oil and cook the pancakes slowly over medium heat so they do not burn.
  5. 5. These pancakes taste excellent with maple syrup, beet sugar syrup, or a combination of fruit and quark cheese.
