Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove garlic
- some tomato paste
- some red wine
- 1 can pizza tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 1 tsp oregano (crushed)
- 1 tsp marjoram (crushed)
- 1 tsp basil (crushed)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- to taste broth powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 200 g spaghetti
- to taste parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- 2. Fry the minced meat until crumbly.
- 3. Dice the onion finely.
- 4. Dice the garlic clove finely.
- 5. Fry the onion and garlic briefly.
- 6. Add the tomato paste.
- 7. Roast the tomato paste briefly.
- 8. Deglaze the pot with the red wine.
- 9. Let the liquid reduce.
- 10. Add the canned tomatoes.
- 11. Add the herbs.
- 12. Add the paprika powder.
- 13. Add the sugar.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt.
- 15. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 16. Season the sauce with broth powder.
- 17. Place the lid on the pot.
- 18. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- 19. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- 20. Grate the Parmesan.
- 21. Plate the pasta.
- 22. Top the pasta with the sauce.
- 23. Serve the dish.
