🍝 Spaghetti Bolognese with Great Flavor

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 6 tomato(es)
- 2 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 200 ml water (if needed, possibly a bit more)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
- a little sugar
- 500 g spaghetti
- Parmesan
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
Instructions
- 1. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 2. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 3. Add the onion rings and a pinch of salt to the hot pan.
- 4. Sauté the onions until they are translucent.
- 5. Remove the hard stem from the tomatoes.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes.
- 7. Add the tomato slices to the onions in the pan.
- 8. Stir the ingredients once.
- 9. Place a plate on the pan as a lid.
- 10. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- 11. Place the ground beef in a second pan.
- 12. Fry the meat without adding extra fat.
- 13. Break up the meat with a fork.
- 14. Break the meat into small brown crumbles.
- 15. Check if the onions and tomatoes are soft.
- 16. Add the fried ground beef to the pan with the vegetable mixture.
- 17. Add 4 to 5 unpeeled garlic cloves to the pan.
- 18. Fill a pot with water.
- 19. Salt the water generously.
- 20. Add a generous splash of olive oil to the water.
- 21. Cook the spaghetti in the water.
- 22. Cook the pasta until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
- 23. Add the tomato paste from the tube to the sauce pan.
- 24. Pour about 200 milliliters of water into the pan.
- 25. Let the liquid reduce.
- 26. Stir the sauce occasionally.
- 27. Add some olive oil to the sauce.
- 28. Bring the sauce back to a boil.
- 29. Add more water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- 30. Season the sauce with oregano.
- 31. Season the sauce with salt.
- 32. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 33. Stir a pinch of sugar into the sauce.
- 34. Finely chop the garlic.
- 35. Stir the finely chopped garlic into the sauce if you wish.
- 36. Test the spaghetti for their texture.
- 37. Drain the spaghetti as soon as they are al dente.
- 38. Place the pan with the sauce on the table.
- 39. Place the drained spaghetti on the table.
- 40. Grate Parmesan for the dish.
- 41. Serve the dish with the grated Parmesan.
