  1. 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), as described on the package.
  2. 2. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and cube the sheep's cheese. Peel the garlic and press it through or chop it very finely. Toast the pine nuts briefly in a pan without oil, but be careful not to burn them. Tear the basil leaves into small strips.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and add it to a large bowl together with the tomatoes, cheese, garlic, pine nuts, and basil. Add the olive oil (the amount is estimated) and season with salt and pepper. Tip: We always eat the first portion still warm.
