Ingredients
- 25 g corn (popcorn corn)
- 17 g sugar
- 0.5 pkg. vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp butter (approx. 5 g)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the popcorn in your air popcorn machine according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. Place a tall pot on the stove and add sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter.
- 3. Set the stove to the highest heat setting and stir the mixture constantly with a cooking spoon.
- 4. Wait about 3 minutes until the sugar has melted and the crackling sound stops.
- 5. Make sure the mixture is light brown and starts to separate slightly from the butter.
- 6. Pour the finished popcorn immediately into the pot and stir vigorously until every kernel is coated.
