🍽️ The Ultimate Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp white wine (half-dry)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 1 tsp heaped mustard
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 2 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 tsp heaped rosemary
- 1 tsp heaped oregano
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 2 chili pepper (dried)
Instructions
- 1. Take a large bowl.
- 2. Add all ingredients one by one into the bowl.
- 3. Stir the mixture vigorously.
- 4. Make sure a homogeneous mass forms.
- 5. If you use dried herbs, grind them finely in a mortar beforehand.
- 6. Adjust the quantities to your taste.
- 7. Make sure the marinade is thick and creamy at the end.
- 8. Take 800 grams of chicken breast fillet or pork steaks.
- 9. Brush the meat generously with the marinade on all sides.
- 10. Place the meat in the refrigerator.
- 11. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- 12. Marinate the meat overnight for the best flavor.
